Breaker Rock Beach vbs

Kids will be challenged as they discover that God’s truth never changes, everyone needs Jesus, and learn to speak the truth in love. Adventure awaits each day as kids explore tide pools, spot orcas, fly kites, and watch the mighty waves crash up against the immovable Breaker Rock!

That image—a monolithic rock standing tall and firm while waves crash on either side—is the reason we chose this theme. It’s a visual representation of what God’s unshakable truth is like in a world of cultural crashing waves and shifting sands.

The biblical lessons in “Breaker Rock Beach” flow from the motto “God’s truth never changes!” and the theme verse, Romans 12:2: “Do not be conformed to this age, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may discern what is the good, pleasing, and perfect will of God.”

“We’re living in a world where culture has become the primary determinant of what is considered true, normal, and celebrated. Kids must wrestle with the differences between what the world says is true and truth as defined by Scripture. They need to learn to think biblically and practice discernment to spot counterfeit truth.”

Daily Agenda 

Day 1 - The truth comes from God!

Day 2 - God’s Plan is best!

Day 3 - Everyone needs Jesus!

Day 4 - Jesus is the only way!

Day 5 - Speak the truth in love! 



Each registered camper will receive:

  • Breaker Rock Beach T-shirt

  • Daily snack (All peanut/tree nut free. Please list any allergies when you register your child)

  • Other cool camp awards/take home materials

 

Registration

  • Pre-registration opens April 7-May 12 | $25 per child

  • Registration after May 13-June 2 | $30 per child

  • Scholarships available upon request please contact Kelly Yarrington at kyarrington@thebridge-alg.org

If your child is registered after June 2nd, he/she will not be guaranteed a Breaker Rock Beach T-shirt or the take home materials.

No Walk-ins will be accepted.
